**Please Note - While we try our best to capture the most accurate images of the glitter as possible, differences in screen resolutions and lighting can affect how the glitter looks on your screen and how it looks in physical form. Images are taken with a variety of natural lighting's (when possible) and the only editing done is cropping.

Returns / Damaged Items
We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged order please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging also a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly if all needed information is received. If not received we will be unable to assist you and you will need to file a damage claim with the carrier yourself.
Processing Time
*Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order. Please note exact processing time for each item stated in the individual listing. This does not mean you will receive your order within the stated processing time. Processing time then shipping transit time. Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind we have no control over how quickly a package is delivered.
*Ready to ship processing will be 1-3 business days. Adding additional items to your order will automatically move the processing time to the latest processing time for all items if purchased together.
Where is my package?
- No tracking updates have been posted: This is not uncommon. Packages can be delayed and/or not scanned for several days. There can be no scan at all until delivery.
- It has been much longer than the estimated ship time when I placed my order: Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- My order is late and I'd like to have my order reshipped or refunded: I do not offer refunds or replacements due to shipping delays.
Priority mail packages are not considered lost until 15 days from the last scan per usps
Ground packages are not considered lost until 45 days from the last scan per usps
Cup Turner Warranty
Cup turners will have a 14 day warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty will be for repair of purchased turner only. If turner needs to be warrantied for any repair it will need to be returned to us. Warranty will be void if turner is found to be improperly used, altered or disassembled in any way. Typically we will be able to just send a replacement part / piece if needed. If outside of the stated warranty period, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and repair.

Actions to take:
1. Verify the shipping address provided.
2. Check your porch, mailbox, larger community mailboxes, family members, etc.
3. Ask your mail carrier as they may remember where it was placed.
4. Contact your local post office for assistance. They can verify it's delivery and/or retrieve misdelivered packages.
5. If you believe it was stolen, file a police report.
Cup Turner Attachments
We DO NOT glue any footballs or noodles to our pvc arms to allow for them to be interchangeable with other sizes and styles of attachments.
Pool Noodle Diameter:
Regular noodle - 2.25-2.5" diameter
Large noodle - 3.25" diameter
*1/2" pvc with noodles will be glued.
Returned Packages
We will ship to the address that is provided in the sales receipt from you the buyer. If you want to ship to another address, the order will need to be canceled and placed again with the correct shipping information.
*Buyer is responsible for making sure all shipping information is correct. You will be required to pay the shipping fee should an item be returned to us. FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO THE FIRST TIME WE SHIP AN ORDER.
Can I cancel my order?
NO - We do not allow for order cancellations. Orders are started once received so therefore CAN NOT BE CANCELED for any reason. Please make sure your order is what you intend to purchase PRIOR to placing your order.
MOTORS
*All motors get hot. This is completely normal.
*We do not make the motors and CAN NOT guarantee how long they will last. We will NOT WARRANTY the motor. Each turner is tested prior to shipping for several hours to ensure that it works properly. By purchasing any cup turner from us you accept this as a term of the sale.
*Motors are easily replaceable and can be done for a very reasonable price. If you need instructions on replacing a motor we are happy to provide those.
*Motors can make noise and can get louder over time with use. This is completely normal. Not every motor or fan is quiet.
